We want to please you.  In the event you are unhappy with the product(s) you ordered, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange in accordance with our return policies:

  CONDITION:  All returned products must be in new condition with all tags/labels in place and may not have been worn, washed, altered, used, dented, chipped, scratched or altered in any way.

  ORIGINAL INVOICE:  returns must be accompanied by the original invoice

• RETURN SHIPPING FEES:  The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. 

•  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:  Customized, monogrammed or sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

• RESERVED RIGHTS:  TMG Studio Store reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent or do not meet our return policy requirements.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE US:  Customers outside of the US are responsible for shipping any items back to TMG Studio Store.

•  THIRD PARTY SALES:  We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling TMG Studio Store merchandise. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from.

• GIFT CARDS:  cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

• REFUNDS:  will be issued based on original method of payment/tender.

• DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS:  In the event your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.  Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product.

• FOOTWEAR:  must be returned in original packaging and show no wear on the sole.

•  APOTHECARY, GROOMING AND PANTRY PRODUCTS: must be in original packaging and unopened and unused.

•  SALE PRICED ITEMS:  are not returnable or eligible for exchange.

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS:  Vintage, antique, one of a kind good, socks, undergarments, and open apothecary, grooming, pantry goods, gift boxes are all final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • TIMING:  Allow up to two weeks to process your return and credit your original form of payment.

  • RETURN PROCESS:  To return or exchange an item, please contact studiostore@thematthewsgroup.com. Put either Return or Exchange in the subject line. In the body of the email, have the name and description of the item as found on packing slip. Include the reason for return and if you would like to make an exchange and a description of the items of same value that you'd like to exchange your item for.

    MAKING A RETURN IN PERSON TO OUR FLAGSHIP TMG Studio Store:  For expedited service, we encourage you to make your return by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with your original package. However, in the unlikely chance you are in very deep rural Texas, our studio store does accepts returns in person.  Plus, we would like to meet you!
